1) Duration of Appointment Contract

- Every personnel employed by the NCC has the duration below. The acceptance or rejection of reappointment is decided through the evaluation process. The duration of reappointment contract varies by job classification.

2) Rank System

- NCC has various rank system by job classification. This system promotes employees from lower rank to higher rank. For example. general personnel has its rank system from 6th to 1st rank.

4) Personnel Evaluation

- Job Performance Review

NCC has a job evaluation system that assesses how employees have performed their job duties with the fair and objective performance standards.

- Multi-dimensional Evaluation of Performance

NCC has a multi-dimensional evaluation system of performance by colleagues for capacity building


5) Wage Structure

- NCC enforces a reasonable wage structure according to the individual capacity/performance and accomplishments.

- Composition of Annual Salary

* A portion of annual salary based on performance has differential rates of pay.

- The Starting Salary for a university graduate: About ₩30,000,000(annual)

(in case of male, before serving at the military, various allowances and selective welfare fees not included)

- The Salary for a contract(temporary) worker : arrange the salary scale according to relevant career experiences
